A little about me...


I'm a Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist and Homeopath, as well as being a mum to five kiddies (under 7 years of age), so when I say these meals and recipes are quick, easy and totally doable on weeknights, you know I've got your back!

I’m all about creating nourishing meals that are quick to prep and can be made with a handful of simple ingredients, even on those nights when you feel ‘blah’ and it’s all in the too hard basket.
